01 / Position
Less chasing.
More progress.
Work gets scattered across email, documents and meeting notes. AgentEmployee is being shaped to help teams move from a clear instruction to a useful, reviewed output without losing the source trail.
02 / Capabilities
The record behind the response.
Four capability examples use the same fictional drawing revision query: Read, Analyse, Draft and Clarify. Without JavaScript, both the summary and detail are shown in sequence.
Illustrative example · fictional data · internally tested prelaunch workflow · public access not open
Read the sources, analyse the Rev B / Rev C conflict, draft an internal reply, and use Clarify if missing context or a correction is needed.
01Read
Finds the relevant thread, register and note without hiding the conflict.
01Example source set
Register: steel Drawing Rev C, 14 Mar. Supplier attachment: Rev B. Meeting note: Rev C approved after the call.
Result: the Rev B / Rev C conflict is kept visible for review.
02Analyse
Compares the sources and marks what is supported, missing or risky.
02Example finding
Rev C appears current, but supplier receipt is not proven. Treat the procurement update as conditional until acknowledgement arrives.
Result: the open question is specific instead of vague.
03Draft
Prepares a useful reply for internal review, not an automatic send.
03Example draft
Use Rev C in the procurement update. Ask the supplier to confirm receipt of the replacement pack before relying on their Rev B attachment.
Result: a reviewed first pass is ready in plain language.
04
04Clarify
Asks for missing context when the draft needs a human correction.
04Example Clarify prompt
Can someone confirm whether the supplier has received the Rev C replacement pack?
Result: your answer updates the draft while keeping receipt unconfirmed.
03 / How It Works
From instruction to a reviewed result.
Clarify is an optional correction path: when the first draft is missing context or makes a wrong assumption, you add the missing fact there before the revised answer returns to the original thread.
1 You send an instruction. 2 AE prepares a useful first draft from available sources. 3 You use Clarify if context is missing. 4 The revised answer returns to the original email thread, and you decide external use.
Illustrative example · fictional data · internally tested prelaunch workflow · public access not open
The workflow is: instruction, first draft from available sources, optional Clarify correction, revised answer back in the original thread for human decision.
01
01You send an instruction
A task starts from the email thread or project context you already use.
01Fictional sample instruction
Please prepare a project update on the steel drawing revision before the procurement call.
Scope: register, supplier attachment and meeting note are available sources.
02
02AE prepares a first draft
AgentEmployee drafts from available sources and shows the evidence boundary.
02Fictional sample draft
Register supports Rev C dated 14 Mar. Supplier file still references Rev B.
The conflict is visible instead of being smoothed away.
03
03You add context in Clarify
Clarify is the optional correction path for missing facts or wrong assumptions.
03Fictional Clarify note
Rev C is current and was issued after the call. Supplier acknowledgement is still outstanding.
Revision confirmed. Receipt still unconfirmed.
04
04Revised answer returns
The revised answer returns to the original email thread for your decision.
04Fictional reviewed result
Use Rev C in the update. Supplier acknowledgement of the replacement pack is still outstanding.
You decide what, if anything, is issued externally.
Internally tested workflow. Public access is not yet open.
